FAQ

  • No, you don't need to bring anything. We will provide you with all materials that you need. Just be aware that we will use charcoal to draw; in case your clothing is sensitive, please bring something to protect your clothes or wear clothing that can get dirty.

  • We will have delicious tea available. The tea is traditionally decaffeinated Japanese tea, available hot or iced. There will also be some snacks; be aware that there might not always be a vegan option.

    We will light some traditional Japanese incense to create a certain atmosphere during the workshop, please let us know before hand if you are uncomfortable with that.

  • No artistic experience is needed. This workshop is designed for all levels. It is a nice way to get started on your creative journey as well as an evening to challenge and unlearn certain drawing habits. This workshop will teach everyone something new.

  • The same workshop takes place multiple times. While you're welcome to attend multiple sessions, please be aware that the content will be similar each time.

  • Change of plans happen to all of us. But to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, the event requires a minimum of four participants to proceed. To secure your spot, we recommend purchasing your ticket promptly. In the event of insufficient participation, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the workshop, with notifications sent out 48 hours in advance. We kindly request that you provide a phone number (or email address) for such circumstances.

    Additionally, we maintain a no-refund policy within 48 hours of the event, ensuring equitable planning for our organizers. Your understanding is greatly appreciated. For any exceptional cases, please don't hesitate to contact us.
