Private After-Hours Events

Host a memorable gathering in a unique, creative space.

Ideal for birthdays, corporate dinners, or team-building events, Cloud’s venue is available after hours and provides an intimate and functional space.

What’s Included:

  • Use of the space after hours (weekdays from 6pm onwards, weekend days from 7pm onwards)

  • Flexible setups, including tables, chairs, and essential equipment.

Pricing: €450 excluding VAT (€544.50 including VAT) for up to 4 hours.

Optional paid add-ons:

  • Catering: bites and drinks, help from our staff (alcoholic beverages available).

  • Equipment rentals: Projector, screen, or sound system for presentations.

  • additional hours (75€ excl. VAT per hour)

Use a designated section of the gallery to connect with visitors while the café remains operational, ensuring additional exposure.

What We Offer:

  • A dedicated wall or area of the gallery for 2–5 days.

  • Professional setup and integration into the space.

  • Optional add-ons: Equipment rentals and light catering.
