Join us for an immersive workshop where you'll learn the craft of Daifuku Mochi making, with Misato & Izumi from The Hague-based Mochi Atelier "AN.". This beginner-friendly workshop combines a delicious introduction to Daifuku Mochi making with a taste of Japanese culture & ritual.

It starts with enjoying homemade Mochi. After the step-by-step Mochi-making demonstration, you will make 4 unique Mochis to take home.
In this Summer edition, along with the classic flavors, you're going to make Mochi with special summer flavors - Lemon Cheesecake and Vegan Framboise, each promising a taste of early summer. 

Cancelation policy

In order to plan and also to respect the workshop host, we have a no refund policy if you cancel less than 48 hours prior to the workshop. In such cases no reimbursement will be given, unless you find a substitute participant. We can possibly reschedule you to another workshop if you contact us 48 hours before the workshop begins. You can always reach out to us to discuss in individual cases.
