This class combines Pilates, physiotherapy-inspired exercises, and movement techniques from dance.
We implement the Pilates principles—centering, breath, concentration, control, precision, and flow—into movements to enhance mobility, balance, coordination and strength.
This class primarily targets the core and deep postural muscles, helping you move effortlessly, prevent injuries, and counteract modern habits like prolonged sitting and phone use.
Beyond strengthening and mobilizing the body, these exercises enhance the brain-muscle connection, helping you engage muscles effectively in daily activities and sports. We also work on body awareness, balance and coordination, boosting the happy hormones.
Unlike the anonymity of a studio class, this session offers a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. Come and join the “pain party” every Wednesday evening at Cloud!

Bring your own mat! There are NO mats and NO official changing rooms/showers—but you may change in the toilet.
If you like using specific props (such as a yoga block or blanket), feel free to bring them along.
