In this intimate circle, we explore the breath as a tool to regulate our mental, physical and emotional state. Microdosing, like breathwork, can help bring awareness to your state of being. By tuning in to your breath, you can learn to navigate your mental state with more ease, process stuck emotions and release tension in the body. We combine breathwork with a (optional) microdose of our homegrown truffles to amplify the experience of both.
