On this cozy occasion we are going to take your taste buds on a journey through the paradise of edible fungi. Our friends from Kaati Kookt, Chefs Zoë & Björn, have created a special menu for you, exploring the neurological effects of mushrooms to spoil your brains & belly.
Kaati Kookt is a collaboration of food lovers and culinary experts who host benefit dinners around Amsterdam to raise money for good causes. As part of this fungi exhibition, they are set to create a delicious—and perhaps even mesmerizing—dining experience. For this dinner, they are combining their expertise with extensive research to offer an experience that is not only about deliciousness but also about learning. Their aim, as they shared in their interview (read here), is to broaden people's perspectives on the variety and diversity of edible mushrooms while providing experience-based knowledge of their health benefits.
This dinner will take place at a long table in the middle of the gallery, surrounded by mushroom-inspired art, as part of the Fundamental Fungi exhibition. At their benefit dinners, Kaati Kookt prefers to use one large communal table to foster a sense of unity among the diverse groups of attendees. This approach offers a unique social experience, unlike a typical restaurant setting with separate tables.
Drinks will be skillfully curated by d'Sjoemmelier to match the dishes (water & some teas are included in ticket price, wines can be purchased by the glass).

Cancellation is free of charge until 23rd November, after that we charge 50% of the ticket price. We have a 48h no refund policy prior to the event, to allow smooth planning.
