This mushroom-inspired menu guides guests through the rich, diverse world of fungi. To start, Enoki mushrooms are wrapped in shiso leaves with a savory miso marinade, followed by skewered, roasted oyster mushrooms, bringing smoky umami flavors to the forefront.
Next is an edible terrarium—a miniature forest floor crafted from earthy ingredients, blending flavors and textures into an artful experience. A variety of mushroom bites showcase the unique profiles and cooking methods that highlight mushrooms’ versatility.
For a memorable finish, a mushroom-themed dessert subtly balances sweet and savory, leaving a lasting impression. This umami-rich journey honors the mushroom in a feast for both the palate and the eyes.
